The maximum dimensions of plastic products can be larger than the working area of the printer, as they can be firmly glued and chemically welded while maintaining strength.

Creating one identical instance requires: 3D scanning, design, creation of several prototypes to adjust dimensions for reliable installation. Then a prototype is made. It then needs to be mechanically processed and professionally painted.

If you intend to make something, then you need to invest in design and preparation. It is highly likely that several iterations of sizing and tolerance selection will be needed to ensure the required characteristics during assembly. It takes time and money.
